XG is a girl group of Japanese company XGALX (avex) and is a trainee of XGALX (avex) from the beginning until its debut 😃 Many people spread wrong information, but it is not a collaboration group with YG 😃 YG and avex's joint label (YGEX) in Japan is a label for selling YG artists in Japan, not a label for discovering and debuting artists in Japan 😃

they were training in Japan.‬  (They were training at「AVEX ARTIST ACADEMY HEAD OFFICE STUDIO」in JAPAN ＊XG video: (The Beginning ,The Journey) YGX appears momentarily, but most of it is a training scene at 「AVEX ARTIST ACADEMY HEAD OFFICE STUDIO」) YGEX(AVEX +YG JAPAN, it is only for YG artists promotion in Japan.) with that partnership they are able to use YGX. YGX is a dance studio, so anyone can practice there.

XG is short for "Xtraordinary Girls" and is being marketed as a Global girl group that is made up of all Japanese members with songs being primarily all English and some English-Japanese songs & some English-Korean songs. They are the first group under the XGALX studio, which is a joint venture between Avex Entertainment (Japan) and YG Entertainment (South Korea). The concept was a girl group that is made up of all Main Dancers that incorporates the YG Entertainment signature swagger. The group has two Main Vocalist, two Main Rappers, and other three being Sub Vocalist & Sub Rappers. From their pre-debut and behind the scenes videos, they received some training at YG Entertainment. YG Entertainment is one of the top four K-Pop companies and currently manages the K-Pop groups: Sechs Kies, BigBang, AKMU, Winner, iKON, Blackpink, and Treasure.

XG has been an avex trainee from the beginning, not a YG trainee 😃 XG has not collaborated with YG either. XG uses YG's practice room because it is partnering with avex to create a label to sell YG artists in Japan, but that's it 😃

YG released a statement that they have nothing to do with the group. and not collaborating YG JAPAN. YG JAPAN and AVEX partnership is called YGEX and it is only for YG artists promotion in Japan. XG debut in AVEX not YGEX. So the person who created this group is a 2nd generation kpop group DMTN member Simon (Japanese and korean half/nationarity is japanese/Former AVEX trainee)and he started this company of XGALX which is a subsidiary of avex japan . They are under AVEX in JAPAN. They are AVEX ARTIST ACADEMY trainee.
