Today we are going to show you in a simple way how we make the Medium size BASIC CAMPER FURNITURE Assembly 💪🚐 by a single person.
One of the characteristics that most makes us stand out from the competition is the simplicity and lightness of our furniture divided by modules.
Well, in case you still did not believe what we were telling you, we will show you how one of our members of the Furgocamper team is capable of assembling alone in this case our basic model Camper Kit for medium-size vans.
Most of the time when we watch assembly videos we are used to seeing how men, generally big or strong, assemble the camper furniture.
In our case we want to convince you by showing you as a normal woman, neither too big nor too small she can assemble the furniture herself.
In the case of our basic Camper Furniture, it is made up of 6 pieces.
The first step is to place the base where we are going to mount it (usually inside the van), in our case on top of the display table.
The second step is to start placing one of the side modules which in the basic model are trunks and in our standard model are drawers.
The next step is to place the other module.
Clarify that the order of placement of the side modules is obviously irrelevant.
The fourth piece that we have to put is the one that joins both modules from the back that is hooked to them by means of butterfly screws.
And finally we have to assemble the folding bed base that we will have to place in the upper part of the furniture and adapt the corresponding holes to be able to screw it to the rest of the pieces.
This is probably the most complicated piece to put on for maneuverability since it is more difficult to hold it but it is not very complicated as we can see in the video.
Once we have the mattress attached, the only piece that would be missing to complete the furniture would be the upper central cover that is in the middle of the side trunks.
Which in our case we also use as a removable table together with a base and a tube to assemble the furniture as a "living room".
The common characteristics that our basic furniture has the same as the standard models is that they are modular, that the side trunks have upper openings and that they also have the folding bed base, among others.
As you can see in the video, it is a piece of furniture that is very easy to assemble, with excellent quality and very careful finishes.
This allows us to proudly show you incredibly beautiful and useful furniture that we are very proud of.
