Hi Ana, I’m a total beginner in watercolours and am hoping to create my own KZbin channel (Iza beads) artwork by digitising my paintings. I recently joined Skillshare using your link. I’m quite happy about the 2 month free premium trial and will be definitely continuing my membership afterwards. I bought myself a Sennelier watercolour test pack and, following the advice on your classes, I’m making the most of it by mixing with cheaper paints I already had. I was amazed at how many different colours I achieved and now I’m very busy producing my colour charts and mixes you suggested in this video. I just wanted to thank you for being such a fantastic teacher and providing inspiration for beginner and experienced artists. I very much look forward to your next classes!!! 😃

while red, yellow, blue were the taught "primary colors" cyan, magenta, and yellow have a much larger variety, and the colors are more vivid/vibrant

Isn’t cyan,magenta and yellow the primary colors??

for print yes! it's different when it comes to classic pigments. CMY are the primaries used in the second color wheel of this activity (the more modern one using dr ph martins)... more on color in the full class skl.sh/2vpdKLU
