Very good elbow attack. I have always said that if i have found master Wong i could have defend & attack much better against bullying students during my early teenage years. I always have flash backs on how unfairly got bashed even through i did some self made vicious attacks but i got lots of punches to my face and breathing was my problem too due to being scared of other students wanting me dead. If i knew how to defend & attack i would have been more confident. Life is all about experience & learn. I wish everyone good luck.

This is a great idea, cause the elbows have good strength and can really hurt especially if you hit them in the face.

As a beginner, when searching for a martial arts trainer; what things should I be looking for in an instructor and what kinds of questions should I be asking? thanks
@yang_yin2 жыл бұрын
It depends of what are you looking for in you. This art is like every other. In painting, you could specialize in realistic drawing, abstract painting, critic analysis, teaching, painting therapy, comics, just for fun, etc etc. Well it's the same at martial arts: you can be a better soldier, a cage fighter, teacher, artistic performer, health cultivator, etymologyst, actor, philosopher, or just for personal fears, for fun!. That should drives you to one ore another instructor ^^. Greetings.

Master Wong style is like what Bruce Lee said, "Be fluid like water! Always moving!" Harder to hit /stop when moving! I Like This!!😎👍💪
@masterwong101 Жыл бұрын
I love this question - it's so true that being fluid like water and always moving makes it harder to hit and stop. That's what makes Master Wong's style so effective and powerful! But it's not just about being physically fluid and always moving. It's also about being mentally fluid and adaptable. When you can go with the flow and adjust to any situation, you become unstoppable. So keep training hard and living clean, and don't let anyone bully you! Remember, the way you do anything is the way you do everything. With Master Wong's teachings, you can become your best self and achieve your goals. So join us in Master Wong's exclusive Inner Circle at store.masterwong.tv/ and continue to grow and learn with us. 💪🥋 #BeFluidLikeWater #TrainHardLiveClean #InnerCircleEmpowerment #MasterWongOut
