Just loved watching the doughs move to Strauss's "The Blue Danube Waltz". Excellent video with great music, especially when the breads sing at the end :-)

I used your video to make my first loaf of Boule, although it wasn't quite as nice as yours it was still vey tasty and I'm looking forward to my next attempt. Thanks for taking the time to make and post this video, well done!!!

Great looking bread, after 16 hours of caring, and about 4 hours of physically attended labor, for two good great looking bread. It is a Labor of love to make bread, people who have lots of time in their hands' Good luck to you Mr. BO MAKE FOOD. Wishes to you and your family May 2021

So today I discovered that I can change the music on previously uploaded videos. Old music has been replaced with classical music which hopefully will be easier on the ears than the niche music I previously had!

Dry Yeast.??? C'est pas classique ça !!!.no no no.... Levain only.!!. Sourdough bread ! That's basic french loaf!! J'hallucine I like your preshaping method though :)

Rustic Boule bread comes out great with dry yeast. I use it to make the poolish the night before, works like a charm. Many diff ways to skin a cat....all good!

@@stinkdyr301 I bake yeast and sourdough breads, my first baguette today using a poolish. I don’t see the advantage of using a poolish if you have a good sourdough starter. However, my baguettes came out great, like from a bakery. Only the crust was too hard for sandwiches.
