So today I discovered that I can change the music on previously uploaded videos. Old music has been replaced with classical music which hopefully will be easier on the ears than the niche music I previously had!

Rustic Boule bread comes out great with dry yeast. I use it to make the poolish the night before, works like a charm. Many diff ways to skin a cat....all good!

@@stinkdyr301 I bake yeast and sourdough breads, my first baguette today using a poolish. I don’t see the advantage of using a poolish if you have a good sourdough starter. However, my baguettes came out great, like from a bakery. Only the crust was too hard for sandwiches.
