Why does he keep calling the inducer motor the blower motor assembly?

He's wrong about how the flame sensor works. What he was describing was a thermocouple, which is not what the flame sensor is. It's not made of two dissimilar metals. It's just a simple metal rod mounted in a ceramic insulative sleeve. It functions by sensing conductivity through the flame. No flame, no conductivity. Did you know that flame conducts electricity? It does and that's because there are ions in flame and ions are electrically charged. How about that?
