I cannot stop saying this, from my core of the heart thank you so much.. the effort you guys put over here is like.... a big thing... I dont have words.. People who suffering a lot about the basic things, just only have to listen this video.. everybody around us are frustrated to do the very small basic things.. nobody will help you on that too... they will simply avoid us.. many times I have faced that situation when I started my career.. here simple things are also explained in detail.. your video is not only abt getting job, you understand peoples mind too... Thanks a lot...!!!!!

Dude, this guy can talk, he has been talking for 2 hours, Kev is amazing directly to the point, learned more for Kev in 20 min than this guy for a week

Sometimes the long talk is neccesary to understand this IT Realm. It is very vast. Sometimes I even find Kevtech too long too. But at the end what matter is that both have helped me a lot in my general IT understanding, even when I already have more than 10 years of practical experience and certs. I come to their channel to refresh some content or to see other approachs about IT issues.

I just got a job at a compnay that does IT for over 300 of the biggest lawfirms in the world and this videos def help with the stress. Ive been working there for three months and not quite feeling confident in what im doing + dealing with assholes (90% of the users who call in are lawyers, (including partners) paralegals, and secretaries for partners) which makes the job so much more stressful because they are on a time crunch and need to have the issue resolved before court/need to send out document to opposing counsel etc so the pressure is heavy. These help so much so thank you

Thank you, it will get better with time. I also recommend checking our membership and latest videos on KZbin it will help with current job if decided to look for more less stressful environments.

This is excellent stuff, and a must know for Helpdesk to know and do manually. If you feel many of you don't have the time to manually troubleshoot due to a ot of tickets or time constraints, always have the Microsoft Support and Recovery assistant tool on hand too. It's automated, but it helped me get things done while multi tasking.

How to find out the client name that causes user lockout due to wrong password? With third-party software or PowerShell? For the print spooler i use the admin cmd: net stop spooler - net start spooler very often.

i just want to ask, what if agent moved to a different computer, what if they call and want to retrieve older messages,? and another thing,outlook keeps on crushing, the inbox message always full because the emails keep on receiving messages no matter how the agent erased or removed messages minutes later the inbox is full again, how do you troubleshoot that..?

Might check deleted folder and rss feed on outlook if it is filling up. I find a lot of the time it is these two and sometimes junk folder as well

Tip for people who think their Mic is broken because of buzz feedback - turn down Microphone Boost in sound settings.

Someone needs to give Kev some downers so he doesn't go so fast that I have to slow the video to 1/4 speed. I know this stuff is second nature to him but he has to realize that if he is participating in a instructional video that those who are watching are doing so because they don't know. So relax, breath, and take your time. We ain't going anywhere.

I enjoy the concept and everything but the guy talks a lot if not too much ,I mean you endup spending half of the day listening to him yapping instead of learning the important things and ptobably he just needs to create another platform for talking if it really helps others.otherwise i visit because i love the concept
