@@terjeoseberg990 Antivaxx'ers? No, most people that are concerned about mRNA shots are not against vaccines. As this technique is new and absolutely nobody knows the long term outcomes some people are rightfully concerned. The Pfizer documents being released at the moment confirm that there is a problem. I understand that you are worried but seeing the fear and propaganda surrounding this virus, from our governments and media, it is understandable. It is now clear that these shots are not doing what was claimed which is to stop the spread and hospitalisation. In fact excess deaths in many countries the past few months amongst vaccinated is a concern. The spike protein used is not traditional and is causing much harm. Traditional vaccines use a dead piece of a virus which mRNA doesn't. @1:06:13 he wrote that "Defense against microbes that survive and replicate inside phagocytes" (the microbes in mention would be viruses) "with helper T cells which can detect infected cells..." I learned that CD8 cells are the ones that kill infected body cells through viral infection. It happens when the antigen fragment is internalized presented on the MHC1 molecule which CD8 cells recognize...not CD4 cells. CD4 cells function to activate other B cells and to undergo clonal expansion.

It seems to me that the immune system is more like a cleaning system than a "war machine". Or at least that cleaning (and perhaps reparation) is the main function of the immune system and that "attacking invaders" is for emergency situations. Imagine a city with soldiers running around all the time shooting bullets and throwing grenades. Not a pretty picture. Compare that to a clean and peaceful city. That's an analogy of a healthy body.

@Anders01
@Anders01 4 жыл бұрын
@@appletile2887 I think of cells as tiny bio "machines" not as some internal "soldiers". And the cells in the immune system are cleaning the body from debris, and big debris needs to first be dismantled into smaller pieces before it can be disposed of or recycled. It's also a matter of perspective. For example an autoimmune disease is the immune system dismantling the wrong things. And a bacterial infection is a symptom of imbalance in the body causing a conflict between bacterial growth and the attempt to keep the interior of the body clean. That will appear as an internal "war" but the cause of the conflict is holistic rather than just involving the symptom. The same thing with cancer.

COVID theater: A Johns Hopkins University meta-analysis of several studies in February found that lockdowns during the first COVID-19 wave in the spring of 2020 only reduced COVID-19 mortality by .2% in the U.S. and Europe. "While this meta-analysis concludes that lockdowns have had little to no public health effects, they have imposed enormous economic and social costs where they have been adopted," the researchers wrote. I did find the study, and posted it. It was here at first, but now looks like it’s been deleted. Why? Why would a study, a link to a study from Johns Hopkins University be deleted?

Allergies were observed to increase when we went closer to sterile environments for the kids, resulting in less exposure to allergens. It's a bit of an oversimplification, but that's the meat and potatoes of it. I didn't have allergies to most pollen until I went to the Middle East for five years, came back and not being used to the allergens, springtime is diphenhydramine time.

What I have been taught is that sneezing, coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, perspiring, and urinating are innate catarrhal mechanisms that our ELIMINATORY systems will use to process and remove debris or toxins from our bodies. Our IMMUNE systems are involved directly with the processing stage; where as our ELIMINATORY systems are involved in the visible action of waste removal. Stopping symptoms by inhibiting their discharge of waste will cause DIS-EASE (a lack of ease or sluggishness. I learned that we have HEALTH (ease in the normal functions of homeostasis) on one end of the spectrum. And after the FOUR STAGES of cellular death we have DEATH. Examples in the respiratory system experiencing the four stages we see first: -the ACUTE stage- the highest reactive effort of elimination (ie. ‘sinusitis’ hence sneezing); if suppression occurs and/or the congestive cause continues, then -the SUBACUTE stage- occurs with comprised and slower activity since waste begins to accumulate (ie. ‘bronchitis’ hence coughing). In -the CHRONIC stage- if we consume an excess of non-fibrous, devitalized, enzyme-depleted matter, we will have malnourished and enervated cells that are becoming overwhelmed and will die (asthma, hence inconsistent ability to breathe). If we continue to overtax them or we poison them with drugs and adjuvants they will eventually weaken and die in sufficient quantities resulting in organ dysfunction. When enough organ death occurs we see -the DEGENERATIVE stage- (pneumonia, emphysema, hence respiratory distress and suffocation). If we are distracted with treating the symptoms only; and we do not investigate and eliminate the actual CAUSE, during this fourth stage of lowest vitality and activity the outcome will be DEATH at the end of the spectrum.

While this is a comprehensive overview of the immune system... There are still yet some brand new concepts not covered. (1) A major function of the immune system is to maintain the protective gut lining from the microbiome/digestive fungi/viruses/bacteria which live symbiotically with the human metabolism and sends biochemical signals to the brain/digestive system to regulate the digestive system. (2) The signaling chemicals used to coordinate antibodies and recognize antigens within a infected region which is now called the complementary immune system. A major component /actor in the complementary immune system is the biochemical messengers called cytokines. Cytokines creates inflammation to identify a region as being infected and to mark a region for an immune response. Viruses like Covid19 virus can attack the cytokine receptors, the Covid 19 virus attacks the NRP1 / Neuropilin 1 cytokine receptor, that is used to warns of a pathogen infection. When the immune system overcome a viral cytokine suppression it can lead to an over expression inflammation in the infected regions ... this is called Cytokine Storm Syndrome. In Covi19 infections, CSS is a major cause of death. In addition to cytokines, stress hormones Cortisol suppresses the immune system by triggering the insulin hormone to push/prioritizes the metabolism into glycosis which pushes the body to burn glucose to support the fight/flight mode muscular performance. When Cortisol and Insulin levels drop, the innate immune system performance is optimized and the metabolism is allowed to burn fat/lipids/ketones at a slower metabolic rate in a process called ketosis ... Ketosis is normally triggered when intermittent fasting or sleeping is extended over 14 hours. The main reason the immune system is optimized during ketosis is that the process of recycling dead cell (cells destroyed by an infection) aka autophagy is enhanced. (3) Another concept not covered is there are parts of the human body that the immune system does not operate fully - this is now called immunity privilege. Tear in the eye duct, urine, semen, and feces have immune privilege and may harbor pathogens even when there is an active adoptive immune response for that pathogen. Today, this phenomena can be used monitoring of sewage water for Covid19 virus antigens -- effectively monitoring regions for Covid19 infections....
