This is one lousy video. Did not explain that you were making a space with your index finger to make a picot, and did not explain , or show the flipping over to the other side to close the ring with the knot. If i were a beginner, i would have been lost.

Just make an ordinary knot as you would tying up a parcel. See 5.38.

It's quite a good video for the beginners, but I see that this is an old video and it's inexperienced, that's all. I hope you don't have any more nervous laughter in future videos, because it is making me nervous to.. ehehe(?) Anyways, try to plan and make a mini script-like notes you can look to to avoid being nervous :) Best of luck!
