My large bucket of spelt with green gamma lid has bugs in it. I have kept the lid closed tightly. None of my other flours in these buckets show any bug contamination. I'm heart broken as spelt is my favorite grain though it costs more. There must not have been enough nitrogen to eliminate these bugs. Makes me sick to have to throw away half bucket of spelt. I've called bread beckers
