Good afternoon Admin, I want to ask, I have a gimbal type feiyutech CG6 PLUS, here at first i bought new and all condition is normal, but after a few months, the blue indicator light / mode picture is OFF, so dark, but the function can still be operated, once again the PROBLEM is only the indicator light is OFF. So, please enlighten me, why is that happening? and what should i do... Thank you before.

Just bought the G6 plus a few days ago on Amazon from the official Feiyutech store. I'm getting an issue with the **Timelapse or called Auto-Rotation** mode where the servo motors remains engaged, and where I just can't manually move the Gimbal head to teach it at the start and at the end point. ??? Currently running all the latest available firmwares. So far, the rest of the Gimbal functions seems to work properly. I made some tests tonight. Even if the motors were really stiff when Auto-Rotation mode selected, I was able to move the axis and record the start and the end point of the Timelapse. As I said before, the axis are pretty stiff and I was afraid to force or damage it, but I gave a try just to see, and it worked! Still don't know if it's normal thought ?

I've got a reply from Feiyu-Tech , and according to them, the Gimbal normally remain really stiff into that selected mode. I was afraid to force the motors at the beginning , but so far so good , that Gimbal is still working great 👍

How do I get a copy of the app shown? The download I get is a much poorer version of it. Definitely doesn’t have the auto rotation option shown!

I think you should add sony a6100 too i didn't see that option i have that camera. And i have seen inception mood in many tutorials but in the feiyutech on app i didn't see any that kind of option on v 3.2.38 😐😐

try changing it, pull out and put the battery then press the buttons, then open the app and update your gimbal, try other phones, that work for me

@@xavealda3255 I have g6 plus. And to clear the WiFi memory just pressed the button you mention early and it's work. This g6 worked differently. Maybe is upgraded gimbal version. My g6 triggle button not in the round shape like g6 plus but ellipse shape. I guess difference version work differently. I also tried triggle power and shutter button. None of them works

Hi, I have Feiyu g6 plus. When I put AUTOROTATION MODE, the panning and tilting DOES NOT do what I put on the app (it tends to do half of the time I set for the panning, and less for the tilting). Anyone can help me? Maybe I'm not puting the settings well. BIG THANKS.

Die App auf dem aktuellen Stand ist nicht zu empfehlen und hat nichts mit der App aus dem Video zutun. In der aktuellen ab sind Bedienungen größtenteils auf englisch oder chinesisch. Mach aktualisieren des gimbals funktioniert die lock taste nicht mehr am Rücken des gimbals. Die Motoren sind bei Aufnahmen mit internem Akku zu hören. Der Akku Schacht lässt sich nur schwer öffnen und schließen! Insgesamt erwarte ich mehr Support für dieses Produkt und anständige Firmenware Updates!!

FeiyuTech never again! Worst user support! Buy, update the Firmware (Feiyu ON App) induced by the manufacturer and get screwed! I lost a new G6 Plus! Thanks to this update! Don't want to need their support! Total disappointment!
