Search his channel for the vid he did 2 years ago on his spice mix. At minute 3:33 he gives proportions. The original leaves out the onion and adds paprika.

I have been practicing your FAST method over the last couple of weeks, and I am getting much better! I bought your seasoning mix from Amazon, and last night made a beef and broccoli dish. My sister was amazed and said it tasted like restaurant food! She even went back for "seconds." 😁 I am excited to watch more of the videos and try new dishes. Because of my health, I can't stand for a long time at the stove, but now I don't have to because everything cooks so quickly.

I dehydrated mushrooms and ground into a powder. It’s so easy to use. I also did onion powder and garlic powder but I had to use an Anti caking to keep it from caking together.
