Thanks for the tips you give us. You're never to old to learn new ways to cook and different ways to prep for cooking. Learning different ingredients to use for cooking is fun. I'm 60 and love learning to cook different types of food. I'm so glad I found your channel 👋

I agree with you. I started my KZbin channel when I was 68. I remember when I told someone that I was going to be a KZbinr. His response was that most KZbinrs were younger. We all have to keep learning and sharing information. Besides, my wife said to me: "What else are you going to do?"

Thanks SO much for this valuable information! Could you share your basic seasoning mix since we can not buy it? Thanks for quickly responding to my last comments about spices. Sincerely, Jim F.

I am actually ready to make my Basic Seasoning Mix available on Amazon in a couple of weeks. I will post the link on future videos once it is available. Thank you again. This helps me get on with it.

Any ideas on how to make a fajita fried rice?

nice set up, but if you ever accidently drop it, then you'll have a big mixture of all those spices,

You are right. Don't drop it. I did it when I was teaching a cooking class. I got carry away, as I often do, when I was talking and started to wave my hand. The masala dabba slipped out of my hand. An embarrassing moment to forget, but the students had a good laugh!
