Is Formuler ever going to make recording from the EPG available on the Z11 Pro Max? It's really sad that features that were available on older models are dropped on the latest boxes.

Great video. I have a small issue with my box and wonder can you help. I Purchases z11 formula box pro max works great. Only problem I have the EPG program guide is 1 hour out of sync with the TV broadcast . If I go into box setting and adjust the EPG say +1 hour I lose my EPG information. Great if you could give me advice. New to the streaming services.

Can you make a video on the formulas the 11 promax and demonstrate some of the things that will work with Google assistant like changing channels of my TV online three can you try that and make a video on that? I’m trying the on-demand search with Google assistant

I don't think Google Assistant will change the channels on anything in my TV online. Google Assistant works outside of the device. In other words, it works with Google Play store and other devices that would be on the device that you want to install or that you already have installed. It also gives you other things like the weather, movie tickets, and any other information as the normal Google Assistant well. But as far as changing the channel, I don't think it does it

Its not hard at all to get it the z11 pro max just order it 2weeks ago easy to get &it works great btw

That is true. We ship ours within 2 to 3 days depending on where they are. Secondly, you have no idea of how many people come into our support chat asking this basic question on how to do things with any device, not just these

Mine is useless. The EPG doesn't show (No infomation) so can't even see what's on let alone timeshift or record anything. My previous Z8 was much better and with better remote. THERE'S NOT EVEN A MENU BUTTON ON THE Z11 REMOTE!

The menu button on the z11 remote are the three horizontal lines on the right hand side on the bottom of the remote

Secondly, you can always use the remote app to change your hotkeys to whatever keys you want on the remote. So everything is available for you. You just have to learn how to use it

Lastly, if you're not getting any information in your EPG that's not the boxes issue, that's your providers issue. I would create a ticket with your provider whoever that is and see what the deal is

I had the box supplied with a MyTV 3 iptv app attached and I can watch UK channels etc. But now I have to buy a subscription, add an account or "user". With my Z8 it's just so easy. I open the MyTV, hit MENU on the remote. Add the user. Just name it and add the URL. With the Z11 I can't see any user or any way to add one.

@THE STREAM MACHINE . Yep, there's also no ARROW button on the Z11 remote. Obviously went all the way through to manufacture before it was realised! So I did allocate the bottom left button to act as an ARROW select button.
