Thank you for the video. It was really helpful. Great tip about filling it up with water first to check everything. Might seem obvious to others, but I have 15 gallons of 2-4-D leaking all over the place in our first (used) trailer sprayer. Also did not know how to adjust the pressure or clean out the nozzles. If it's not pumping fluid or your not getting good volume, check the filter in the tank .

Good info. My new 30g sprayer won’t prime and when it does randomly prime it won’t keep pressure for more than two minutes. I’ve been testing hoses for three days and even replaced the whole pump and it still behaves the same. I think the seal around the intake hose going into the pump is not mating up right, but even after I wrapped the connector with pipe fitting tape I can’t get it to work right. It seems like there is a piece missing from the puzzle.

I’m having this same issue. It’s not the filter strainer, the hose doesn’t leak air. But I’m constantly priming it and there’s no pressure.

The problem in my case turned out to be bubbles I think. If you put too much surfactant in the mix, you’ll need to dilute it a lot, or TSC sells a bubble reducer that you can add. Gluck!

@@SketchEtcher thanks for your response. I ended up putting on a new pump. It fixed it. Good to know about the surfactant. I use dish soap in my fly spray for my cows and I’ll be cautious in using too much.

My main spot sprayer hose is clogged. I took the wand and wand tip off and never found any filters to clean. I don’t want to take everything apart without knowing if there’s a filter in there or not and a friend put it together for me quite a while ago and he doesn’t remember if there were filters or not. Do you know the location of any filters in this model. Thanks.

My sprayer will build up pressure and when I start spraying it'll stop spraying.

Any suggestions on how to get the tank to empty completely. My tank will always leave about a gallon of fluid in the bottom (wasted material)

My sprayer cannot be charged. Normally the light is red before it is fully charged, but now green, more than an hour of charging the light still green and no charge at all. No power
