I am watching your video right now. Very good video. No music, you take your time and go through each section of assembly very slowly. Perfect video to follow step by step. Thank you for taking the time to make this video. Mine came with no instructions and the hard plastic tube is broken on the curved end. I contacted the seller on Amazon regarding these problems and I awaiting a response.

My husband & I both watched this before we tried to assemble. VERY helpful. Then I read the manual- told him what to do- and he did it! (A marriage made in heaven) 😉. Our only hiccup was using one of the bigger clamps (2 are bigger than the rest) on a smaller hose. Other than that - our experience mirrored your video. Great job - thanks!!!

This really helped. I just purchased the 41 gallon version of this sprayer and I'm picking it up Saturday from the Columbia, SC store about 75 miles away. This really gives me an idea of what to expect and some tips on what to do. Great video! Thanks a bunch!

Make sure you check the tank before you leave the store....Not sure if it's in the video or not but the first one I got the tank had been deformed (like they had sat something real heavy on it) and I had to return it for an exchange (damage not visible externally from looking at the box).

My box arrived completely destroyed somewhere between SC shipping and FedEx. I had to send it back by UPS (purchased through Amazon). 😔 Found a store reasonably close to me (1 hour drive) and picked it up myself. Use the screws in the video and don't look for the instruction screws as they don't look like the ones included. Thanks for doing this video.

If you can get one home that's not beat up it's really a good sprayer. I forgot to winterize the hand sprayer and it cracked but that's an easy fix...I am still using and enjoying this sprayer!

I did notice a letter at the end of the model number. I was thinking that was a "version" of the updated instructions. Just got some 2, 4-D after returning Spectracide Weed Stop (more dangerous for trees).

Put mine together today. I noticed that return from the pump doesn't seat all the way down into the grommet but since it's just a return, I guess it's no big deal.

I'm really enjoying this thing but take care of the wand! I forgot there was fluid in the wand and it froze and a freaking wand is crazy expensive!

Just put mine together tonight and noticed the strainer came damaged. Any ideas on how I can fix it myself? I was thinking of slightly melting down the rubber ring and then seating the metal strainer into it...or CA glue.

@@BubbasWorkshop I didn't see this till just now. I tried the heat method first and failed. The CA glue method worked wonderfully well. Thanks. Curious as to how you calibrated your sprayer/spraying. While testing I set the mower to the slowest speed and the depressed the pedal all the way so as to ensure consistency. Would setting the psi to 40 be too much in your opinion?

I don't remember what I have it set to (I have it set to full blast whatever that setting is). I plan on doing a video at some point on calibration but basically I would put a gallon of water in there, measure out a specific area in your yard so you know the exact square feet, then just keep spraying it at your normal speed until you run out. Once you run out you will know how many times you sprayed the area so you can then calculate how much (oz per sq/ft) of liquid you are putting down. Also, I'd recommend running the engine at a higher speed because the little magneto on there doesn't make a lot of power.

I just picked one of these 31 gallon sprayers up at Northern Tool in Memphis. Can you leave the hand sprayer off of it when you put it together or does it have to be attached? I prob won’t be using that feature. Someone also said something about maybe adding some better nozzles, maybe brass or tee jet nozzles.

Yes you can leave it off you'll just need to plug the port. I haven't used it this year but the way I remember there's a shut off to shut off the spray nozzles but the wand is always under pressure so if you just put a plug on the nipple where the wand plugs into that should be fine. I would try it out before replacing any nozzles because I'm using the nozzles that came with it and they work perfectly fine for me 👍

Prodiamine (it stops the weeds from germinating). It has worked to get rid of "stickers/sticker burs". I'm currently looking at different options to kill weeds that just go dormant and come back but i want to make sure I don't hurt the grass.
