5:40 great point that’s how you lock in a client. Small gestures make a difference. I had a client that was going to his mothers funeral I got him cleaned up he tried to pay me I said that was the least I can do was to make sure I got you right. I saw him look up when he walked out the door.

Thank you for this. We are under lockdown and hoping to get my partner to replicate this cut. One question: towards the end you combed the front down to even the fringe. Doesn't this counteract the faux hawk shape you got earlier by pulling the fringe up to cut it? Thank you.

It will take away some length from there but I also know my client doesn’t style it all the time so didn’t want the peak in the middle if he’s wearing it down. Otherwise would leave it
