Sir density will depend on mass !!
@OOkulShiksha
@OOkulShiksha 3 жыл бұрын
If density depends upon mass, then 1 litre of water will have different density than 10 or 100 litres of water. But is it so? Check once, what is the density of water? And there any mention, that density of water is 1000 kg per cubic m or 1 g per cc for 1 litre or any other amount? Think yourself dear Dont just mug up the formula, it could be fatal

Thank you! I’m confused with Work, what exactly is it?
@kettlefuryyt
@kettlefuryyt 3 жыл бұрын
The simplest way to understand Work is that it is the transfer of energy. Simply imagine an object moving from one place to another. For example, if you were to push a box along the floor, you would have 'done work' on the box. For the box to move, you had to apply a force by pushing it and subsequently the boxed moved a certain distance. The equation for work is: Work = Force x Displacement Does that make sense to you?
@infuze6647
@infuze6647 3 жыл бұрын
@@kettlefuryyt yeah this makes total sense, I just get confused in a thermodynamic perspective, like work is apparently energy transferred mechanically, which I’m then getting confused with heat ahah, honestly don’t even know at this point

Why density is independent on mass? Though... Density=mass/volume..
@shubhbadhwar3542
@shubhbadhwar3542 6 жыл бұрын
It is a ratio. Mass is an extensive property and so is volume. A ratio of two extensive property yields an intensive property, i.e, this ratio does not depend on mass anymore.
@PS1604
@PS1604 6 жыл бұрын
Mass and volume both rise with same ratio. That ratio is called density. So mass and volume are related to one another by this ratio we call as density
@suryaprasad4107
@suryaprasad4107 6 жыл бұрын
if we take 1g of substance from the system and 1kg of it from same system , the density of them would be same.so clearly its independent of mass.
