1. Prefer stay at places with low altitude. Avoid stays at sarchu/ pang. 2. If you ever drop the motorcycle, just leave it there and step aside. Let your group come and help you. Don't drain your breath at high altitude. Great video rohith 🍻

It feels good to be back here, folks. Trying to create some videos to start sharing things I've learnt from all the travel I've done over the past 2 years. Hope you guys find this video (and the ones to come) useful for planning and preparing for your own travel and rides. IMPORTANT ADDITION: As pointed out by Anil More, one thing I should have mentioned in this video is that mobile connectivity is terrible in Ladakh. Postpaid BSNL connections are the most likely to work, but even that is not guaranteed. So make sure you have all navigation stuff offline (if you use that) and agree on ride plans (route, waypoints, meal breaks etc.) amongst your group at the beginning of a day and stick to it so that you can keep track of each other when travelling with company.

Toll Free Traveller: I also remember to pack light.. a lot of people carry 15 pairs of clothes and end up with unmanageable luggage for no good reason. Packing light and doing laundry on the go is an art form that pays off and makes a trip so much more enjoyable not just in Ladakh, but anywhere you travel to. A good pair of jeans, 3 shorts, a couple of pairs of pajamas, about a half a dozen light t shirts, sweaters and half a dozen briefs, and 4 pairs of socks should do a fabulous job.

First of all good to see you back again after a long time.. Ladakh, the North & the North East are the places I have always wondered to ride through.. Long days back when I was at shimla for whole 3 years I always felt like it's the worst place but today when I grown up I just imagine if I get back those days I'll live the whole of it.. I'll be on the roads soon 🤗 I will be living my dreams someday for sure 😍

What a great setting Rohith! that background with a narrow road, the sounds of birds, those trees, your T-shirt's color, amazing simplicity! I do not mind you posting late, because the quality of the stuff you make is nowhere found on this platform, keep going. You are on way to become a Legend in my opinion, keep going! appreciate your hard work for the videos you have brought and will be bringing us in the future! All the best to you everyday!

Totally relatable thanks for sharing your experiences. We had a flat tyre in the middle of no where. So two of us had to hike the steep hills of upper Mustang while the other two took the bikes to the nearest village in hopes of finding a mechanic. We spent two days in that village. It was an experience in its own. One of the most brutal but also the most memorable.

I would suggest you to buy the Simtac Hazard light system. Extremely easy to install. No need of cutting any wires. Easy to use due to the dedicated switch whereas the Novatronix requires you to use the indicator left-center-right to activate it.
