I was shivering and shaking just watching that water crossing with the lorry on the right and the drop on the left. That was as brutal and hardcore as I've ever seen. And your friend was still smiling while dragging the bikes through ice cold water! Outstanding video, one of the wildest motorcycle rides ever.

As a rider I will always advocate your style of riding...riding alone. Riding with such a large group actually removes the fear factor from the rider. In my humble opinion, in order to truly assimilate with the Himalayan environment, that fear factor is necessary.

I´ve never travelled in such a big group, never wanted to. You are taking over the whole enviroment making it all to a background. But I like the "Toll Free Traveller" with his humble and nice attitude! Just keep on going!

I could relate to that water crossing very well.. While getting back from khardung la it was about 5 in evening and my bestie fell in water crossing. He was drenched to his neck in that ice water. But these are the moments that will be always alive in us. Hardest part are always memorable. Water in shoes is the thing which I always wanted to avoid. But couldn't.

I got back from the Spiti valley 2 weeks ago. Luckily for us we had superb weather to see the splendor of the Himalayas you superbly showcased. We didn't have to contend with the river crossings you guys did, it was hard enough in the dry! Great video and thanks for sharing. .......Bones from Australia..
