You are most welcome! I use the nylon cord as per the bead hole size I make for my terracotta beads. I use three sizes 3-4mm, 1.5mm and 1.18m. If the cord is around 3mm thickness then the wooden bead hole could be around 3-4mm.. Please note that I am referring to the hole size and not the bead size itself. You can try a local fancy store. Thank you so much! Not at all. Typically low fire earthen ware clay has to be fired between 900 - 1100 degrees C for a duration of 8 hours and cooling down period of anther 8 hours or so. That wouldn't be possible in a convection oven. If you have access to a ceramic or pottery studio close by, you can check if they provide firing services.

Hi! Please don't get confused between a nichrome wire and an eye pin. Two completely different things. (80% nickel 20% chromium) Where as an eye pin would melt very soon inside the kiln. Also DO NOT confuse between a nichrome wire and a memory wire or a gear wire. Very very different things.
