Basic, at home, workout of 5 simple exercises. Marion Brand uses the TRX Suspension Trainer as a tool for this workout. These are basic exercises that anyone can do using the TRX. If using at home, make sure it's secured with a proper bolt, or use the Door adaptor for a workout at home ... Helping you stay Fit & Fabulous after 50!

12 Repetitions / 2 Sets
Basic TRX Workout

☑️ TRX Side Curtsy Lunges 1:20

☑️ TRX Chest Press 4:02
ROUND 2 - x2
☑️ TRX Single Leg Lunge 7:00
☑️ TRX Rear Deltoid Fly 8:54
☑️ TRX Tricep 10:10

** It's important to warmup with some movement before you start any workout. Marching in place, arm circles, squats, are examples. Do something you like, put on your favourite music ... dance, walk, climb your stairs, etcetera.

Hi Lorie, yes this is safe and will help to strengthen safely. TRX is is great as you create as much, or as little resistance as you want.
