This is a brief video Showing the basic Victorian undergarments of the early 1870s, featuring a large bustle cage that I designed to create the fancy silhouette for ballgowns often seen in fashion plates of the era.
It shows how to sit in a bustle cage, and demonstrates how flexible they can be!
