It’s like you made this video especially for me…and for me this made my hamstrings look flexible as it was intense in my calves! And your “relax your facial muscles” comments were on cue every time as there was def some funky facials going on for me 😂 thank you for your awesome vid and concise guidance 🙏

This is great! I’m curious how you would modify downward dog for someone who’s hamstrings and lower back were this stiff??

Thank you Laura - glad you appreciate it. in relation to your question, placing the hands on the seat of a chair for downward dog can be one approach, particularly if the intention is to keep the knees straight. Another approach would be to place the feet upon blocks (that are wedged against the wall so they don't slip), have the heels lifting high up the wall and work with the knees somewhat bent if need be. 😀🙏

If you are referencing the first pose in this video - Ardha Uttanasana - I suggest you stand about your legs length away from the chair. 😀
