Are you ever worried about theft on the wall facing out where you can’t easily watch it?

That 2-tier cart looks pretty awesome. My husband and I used to go to Dragon*Con every year (not anymore) but we took a TON of costumes and used a cart called the Rock N Roller Cart. We could fit 8 totes on it and only required 1 trip to get everything in the hotel room. Great job on the sell out!

So awesome and happy for you. Love your setup. I have my first con in March 2025 and I’m so nervous. Especially about how to setup in an 8x6 artist alley

I´ve only recently started to follow your youtube channel, but I´ve really enjoyed your videos. Been inspired to pick up crocheting myself as well. :D So happy for you that you've not only reached your goal, but greatly surpassed them. Wish you all the best for the coming year!

Congratulations to your success with your shows and ventures for 2023! I just found your channel from the AWA Artist Alley video and your work is super dope! Wishing the best for you going forward and I hope to catch you at a con some time if you head to the Midwest anytime.

Oh my goodness 😲 that is amazing 😄 goals. I just started crocheting in April, this year. I am interested in a con that’s coming up in March. I go to this one every year. I’m really excited to potentially be a vendor. Probably won’t be though. I’m still working on my state license. But the idea still excites me.

For any event you should always have more inventory than you can display, you can store it under the tables with tablecloths. Your blue cube like shelf I would have had some rows open to the outside and one to the inside if possible to arrange that way. Then you don’t have that glaring blue empty wall inside the booth. Your stuff is cute!

How much do you bring like all your items priced together come to what?

I love watching these kind of market videos and I was wondering since you plushy are so expensive. Do most people pay with the Venmo or do some pay with cash I’m just wondering because I’m gonna do make it soon and I don’t know if I should get like Venmo and stuff for them to pay.

I'm obsessed with your character plushies! I would worry about the copyright of selling them, if you've reached out to anyone about this I would love to hear your thoughts! They really are so adorable and detailed
@margaretdevries80907 ай бұрын
Usually as long as you are not mass producing them most are fine with making things except Disney! They are horrible you need to buy Disney material and or patterns! So don’t do a Mickey Mouse LOL your stuff is lovely though my grandkids are into amine I haven’t a clue who/what they are ! Congrats on selling out !

hii! congrats! Just a quick question, Where did you get your business cards?

So nice to see someone investing time into making quality items. Too many crochet vloggers just whip up the same stuff ( octopus, bees, cow, chicken, leggy frogs, " mushie boys", etc) out of yarn so chunky it hides their lack of skill and effort. You have a couple of those bread and butter items, but so much better quality and everything else is so good and unique!!
@livyguy11 ай бұрын
I don’t understand why you have to lift her up while putting other people down :/ You’re entitled to your feelings obviously, but there’s no need to make others feel bad about their craft for no reason. You basically said everyone who makes those specific items don’t do quality work. Popular = disdain is a mental model we should question more often. You could have ended your point at “I’m glad to see someone making more complex and time consuming items, it’s refreshing”
@georginacat766711 ай бұрын
@livyguy8403 I could have, but they would have been your words and not mine and just as you have the right to an opinion and to freely express how you feel about something, so am I. I enjoyed her content and found her talent and dedication exceptional when compared to others. Other channels have people who are lackadaisical in their production, copying each other and having varying degrees of success. This person is evidencing that extra time and care can pay dividends in this business. How I expressed that is nothing to do with you, but you are of course entitled to find my comment not to your liking and vocalise that. Many thanks
@bleh45111 ай бұрын
@@georginacat7667that’s the thing, why are you comparing her with other people’s? The way you went about “complimenting” her was extremely unnecessary.
@georginacat766711 ай бұрын
@bleh451 well you are entitled to your opinion. We spend our lives comparing things, it's how we decide on preferences, it is ok to vocalise them and it's important imo that this young woman can be commended for the elements of her work that set her aside from others. That's my opinion and I'm free to express it. Many thanks for your input
@bleh45111 ай бұрын
@georginacat7667 You can state your opinion without putting down others' hard work. Especially if you don't crochet yourself and don't know the hard work It takes.
