Tea and coffee are diuretics, so they’ll dehydrate you. If you don’t like plain water they have some water flavoring drops, some brands don’t have dyes or added sugars too. Or you could add fruit to flavor it. I have chronic kidney disease so I have to drink a lot of water.

Marie, get a Circul bottle and some electrolyte cartridges! I hit 100 oz easy with their amazing flavors. They have cups that keep ice for 24-48 hours. Wife and I love the white cherry, blueberry grape for water intake and the black cherry for caffeine needs. Florida man is amazing if you enjoy energy drinks.

Our local Walmart had only one of those surging sparks lunchbox tins the other day and when they do get new stock thats all you see and choices are very limited.I wish i lived in the USA for the selection you guys get as we have barely anything.I did however hit a small stock of 151 poster collection boxes the other day and purchased 3 of the 6 boxes and yes thats all they got in at the time and they all sold that day.
