Very difficult topic, surely we will think of something here.. Keywords are safety margin and don't be too ambitious in your shot selection. Play something you now you can play 9/10 times without an error.

When the speed of the shuttle changes due to weather conditions, how to control it ?

It's really difficult. One thing is having different shuttlecock speed.. Otherwise you can sometimes break the tip outwards of every 4th feather, just slightly, to make it slower. Be careful not ruining the entire shuttlecock though ☺
