Do you need to mantain your monarch rank or you loose the extra subordinate cities?

You don't loose the extra sub city if your rank drop, but if you drop the sub city for any reason you will not be able to pick up. For example before you had 8/8 and after loosing rank it becomes 8/7 (7 is your sub limit) Incase if you drop any sub or loose any sub your slots will become 7/7 and you won't be able to pick up again

The info is great.... the only flaw is the speaker is on and off... I couldnt hear it clearly... the voice is faded at sometime and and it came through clearly at other time... how i wish i can them all.

what i do is i keep checking all the alliance on my server and on the enemy server, when i see someone sending a march out i follow their line and if i find a status i use march speedups. but doesn't work always. also stay active on world chat and alliance chat.
