You have made some valid points thanks for sharing some insight. I believe some of the "rookie" Keeps take some advice too seriously. Especially in regards to using boxes of resources. I think that they should be used sparingly, as they help with that "last bit" of something needed to complete a task. Not burning through 100's of millions to make gains. We also tend to stick to a single culture version. There are those special intrinsic buffs that could be quite beneficial. There is no bonus in having 100's-1000's + in gold and diamonds. I am not saying spend it all but to spend it wisely.

Can anyone help why my main city coordinates also show up as a weaker subordinate city? Main is lvl 18. And when inside my city and over to far left to view subordinates inside that menu my main is shown as a weaker sub??

Other subordinate cities cannot be upgraded. Only golden ones can but that needs you to participate in bidding

First thing he talks about in the video. 50k for green green, 500k for blue plus the sub to be level 20 first before you can upgrade it. Not the keep but the subordinate city itself.
