I drive a 2020 promaster city. I've been working as a private contractor for a courier service for a hospital group for 3 years. I love the "On Demand" driver role. I would like to make the transition from a courier company to direct shippers. It sounds like a dispatcher that works on my behalf would be the way to go. How do I find a good honest dispatcher. I make more money than I need, I just want to operate in more of an afficient manor? I'm more interested in cargo van not 18 wheeler.

No one of the mentors tells if we choose one load, thinking about arranging him, calling to the broker (it takes time) what happens with another bunch of despetchers around the World who are doing the same. How it really works. How it affects on our speed and quality of loading. No one tells about these details. It would be great to know. Thanks
