Assuming you're asking about electric blender. The short answer is NO, smell varadu. (If eggs are beaten until it becomes frothy (say for good 2-3 minutes continuously) you'll not get the egg smell.

Secure it tightly, it shouldn't fall. But if you feel the problem is with the clamps & rod, then get it repaired

Try covering the cake tin with aluminium foil. It'll help in even baking

Hello.. why is that for some recipes the egg white and yolks are beaten separately what diff does it makes?

Egg whites are those that tends to increase in its volume when beaten. (Eg : Consider a meringue recipe) This on beating it incorporates more air. Same way yolk on beating becomes more frothy. So the output of this cake will be much lighter and fluffier compared to those recipes with whole eggs beaten together.
