I have been trying eggless and egg based cakes for around 2 years without beater which most of the time failed /not felt like tasty bakery cake and I was worried to the core. Ive made the cake using this recipe a couple of times, and the taste and texture is always great, but my cake never seems to be as tall as the one in the video. Do you know how i might be able to get it to be that tall? My cake tin is around the same size too, if not smaller.

Prep flour- replace 2tbsp of alp flour from 120g with corn flour. Dont add baking powder or soda and Sieve. whisk 3 egg whites and beat at medium speed for 45 sec , add venilla extract 1/2 tsp and beat 30 sec. sugar 120g - add gradually in 4 batches till stiff peaks then add egg yolk liquid and whisk just until mixed. Add flour in batches and fold till uniform. In another cup add 2tbsp oil + 1tbsp milk + 1/2 tsp venilla + small amount of cake batter and mix. Now slowly add this to cake batter and combine well. Bake in preheated oven at 160c for 25mins
