I just bought my first house a couple weeks go and, like the last place I lived, my MLP is against the rear wall but I have a sofa instead of a recliner. My rear Atmos speakers were almost directly above me pointing forward towards the center of the room. Just wondering if I would get a better effect if they were on the side walls pointing at me. Space is limited for my surrounds. I'd have to get creative...I hope I can use them!! Formerly 7.2.4, currently, 3.1 - will be 3.2 later tonight when I get a Bluetooth transmitter from Klipsch delivered (takes a while to get a new home set up).

Thanks for the video! Just wondering what angles I should be aiming for with respect to placement of the bed-layer speakers and atmos channels. Also, can I mount the atmos channels directly above the bed-layer speakers or should they be mounted to the ceiling, closer to the main listening position?
