I don't understand. I hear constantly, especially in Chabad community, "be positive", "no depression allowed", "complaining is sin", etc. But yet always non stopping complaint, depression and negativity on persecution of Jews. You are such great speaker and teacher, Rabbi YY-so many amazing things you teach. But then you do this, on and on about poor Jews. This conflicts with so many of your other teachings, specially that "pain is closeness to HaShem" in your Emunah #9 teaching. Also conflicts with Tanakh where it is clear that if HaShem's people turn away from Him, terrible punishment comes and this has happened again and again. We are not innocent, but we are immensely loved by HaShem so He disciplines the hardest on us, no? So much suffering, but still we have such great success we talk about-so many Nobel prizes, so many accomplishments, so tiny our nation but so huge our impact. So why complaining and complaining and complaining? Is not our hardship result first from our sin, our assimilating? Do not say Jews don't sin because they are sinning in small and huge ways every day. And also is not the hardship because HaShem loves us so much? A tiny remnant, but still we never disappear. And there are so many groups on earth that suffer, also in the world, especially children from all over the world. Please, this contradiction is too much. Give thanks, HaShem is always for our good, revealed or hidden. LIke you said, we want "revealed good" all the time, but like Iyov, we "don't know" all His plans, except He loves us. Shalom.

very good talk on vitally important subject. Think it would be good to chop it up into 4 or more sections to get more people to view at least some of it
