What if cash flow of a company for past three years is -ve or 0 ? Is it a good stock to buy ?

It depends on industry, company’s lifecycle stage and many aspects. For e.g a startup will have negative operating cashflows.. if it is negative in a company that is mature then it one of the negative signs
