About animation peg, chroma colours has a very interesting offer which is a two holes peg bar designed to be used with regular hole puncher. As I use it for years, I can say it's really effective and simple to use with a light table. Only 4£ 😃

Indeed! We used to call those "student pegs". They have their own advantages and disadvantages. They are certainly more affordable to work with for independent productions or students that don't handle big volumes of animation. On the other hand, round peg holes deteriorate faster on the paper compared to ACME, and are harder to align digitally with most software. That's why ACME is still the standard in most industries.
