What is the purpose of doing a Spin Echo and PFG? What information can we get from the plots of T2 relaxation and also the linear plot with field gradient? Thank you.

you can measure the diffusion constant of a substance in a solvent , estimate molecular size and complexation ratio, identify number of components in a mixture(DOSY) like chromatography and others
