I love this, because this is exactly the way I practice. I don’t call myself a witch because I don’t really celebrate the sabots anymore. I do recognize the magic in everything and earth magic really comes naturally to me. That’s why I’m getting my Naturopath after doing western medicine and education for 36yrs. I’ve decided to try and become a witch! There’s nothing better to do, in quarantine I have a lot of time for it! I might make a self confidence spell/motivation spell! Edit: here’s a recipe: get a penny and some water. Put water on your wrist. Repeat: “I can do it, I can.” 18 times and remove the penny. Then, write the Mars symbol on a piece of tracing paper and place the penny on there. Fold the paper to cover the penny. Get another piece of paper and draw the Mars symbol again. Then get any crystal and place it on your wrist until you feel healed. You will be motivated I promise, just believe!

I was told that I would be a traditional witch cause I'd use anything that's not nailed down. I'm interested in amulets and talismans cause I make my own jewelry. The tips I have for you is to start off small and then take the paths that you're interested in or called towards. What I mean by small is learning to control your own energy. Like meditation and grounding. I know that doesn't sound exciting, but its the basics of magic work.

That's a really good question. I would say find a community where you feel comfortable and there is a group of people who are on similar spiritual paths. Be it in person, online, youtube, or anywhere else. I think that's a good place to start. You shouldn't have to prove your beliefs to anyone for any reason. This is your path, and your path alone. You have to power to do what you want with it. Most people don't demand for Christians, or Buddhist, or other religions to prove that what/who they believe in is real, they just accept that its their choice and their path.

I'm certain that there are a multitude of spells written for creativity and writers block, it just depends if the source is trustworthy. Im also certain that you can even write your own spell (which in my opinion, self written spells tend to be more effective)

And sigils, everywhere you search about sigils you only find on how to make them. They dont give more information on for example; - Can I write someones name on it (for a family member or my own name) For example: Bella is protected. - And could I put 2 different sigils in a spell jar for exampl: if someone broke up and I want to make a jar spell for healing. Could I put in a sigil of emotional healing and one sigil of forgetting the past, in the same jar??

@@mariabarsoum2915 These are all great questions, and I'm glad you're asking them. Research on herbs and their spiritual meanings can be a bit tricky, sometimes "googling" them can lead you to the right answer, but you'll have to be sure to check the sources which they are coming from and make sure they're reliable. There are also a variety of free pagan-based websites which entail a lot of information. And you can also purchase books and encyclopedias. Working with sigils is a lot more simple than you would think, and a lot is based on your view and interpretation of it. Yes, you are able to write peoples name while using sigils (you can even turn a persons name into a sigil) Intertwining a persons name with spell work allows there to be a better connection for the spell to work. Combining various sigils together is also something you could do. If forgetting the past will help with emotional healing then yes. I would say; watch out for combining opposing elements together. (ex: a sigil for divination, and a sigil for grounding) That way the sigils (or any energy work) won't cancel itself out. Hope this helps!
