I just discovered Jagraj Singh yesterday. I Can't get enough of this guy! I'm an American-- Specifically a southern American so I have never heard the concept about the top of the head (10th door) discussed by Christians. A couple years ago, I had a spiritual experience like the one he describes that happened to him in which God's light entered my body through my head and heart and my level of consciousness changed when this happened-- There are no words to describe the actual feeling of being connected directly to God during this experience. For years I never told anyone what happened to me because I assumed people would think I was crazy. It's so comforting to know that others have had this same experience as well. Thank you Jagraj Singh for all that you do.

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh! Jagraj Singh's body is obviously NOT ok, becuase of the fact that he has cancer, however his mind is in "chardi kala" which means rising spirits. No this video is not recent by any means and was filmed in August 2016 whilst Bhai Jagraj Singh was on Tour in Canada. For any updates please visit the Basics of Sikhi facebook page, thank you!

Im not Sikh, just started to listen to this video because I found a lot of the teachings so far resonate with my own concept of existence. When Jagraj Sing spoke of Naam. And that it can happen at any age in life. I had a life changing experience at 15 years old where I was taken out of this reality to enter a visual representation of what felt like simple undisputed truth. This was in a matter of probably seconds, but the experience out of time. This was during one of the darkest points of my life, where I was truly in the dark. This experience felt like being lifted out of the dark and reinforced with love. The only thing that has made me question this experience is the fact that I don't understand why it doesn't happen to everyone. If the truth I was shown is true then everyone and everything is deserving of that aid. If the truth comes exclusively to some and not others, then the truth of equality of all and everything can't be true. Maybe you understand my conundrum. I would hope everyone is gifted with the same opportunities...I guess if not then it's our purpose to give all of it to them. What is the opinion on these things, why some are enlightened while some don't seem to obtain the "Pizza slices". What is that? What is it? and why is it?

This was so beautiful to listen to. Thank you for your seva! One question arised as I was listening to you talk about how the Guru wants us to experience this great feeling of Naam. Why? It might sound silly or simplistic or even negative. But what would the purpose behind that be? Also to create all of existence. And for us to come from there, live this life and then return. What is that purpose? I love Guruji, sikhi, and this life. I also feel I truly beleive and have experienced some parts of it, but I want to be open to my minds questions as well instead of disregarding these thoughts as I did in the past. Thank you!

Waheguru ji ka khalsa, waheguru ji ki fateh, Bhai Sahib Ji, you say that its not possible to do your paath in another language and must be read in Gurmukhi, then why is it that Dhan Baba Deep Singh Ji wrote a saroop of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji in Arabic?
@jaitegsingh77938 жыл бұрын
H Singh He's saying the Guru Granth Sahib Ji is intended to be read in Gurmukhi. People can still translate Gurmukhi to other languages.

All gurus are same Its just the one lord changed 10 bodies to deliver the message… Don’t focus on the physical body…guru is the almighty who is giving the message from that physical body…. The light in those bodies was fully absorbed into the “one” just like wave from the ocean… So guru and god is one No duality God is everywhere in each and every creation….

heaven and Hell are not some other worldy physical places per Sikhism. These are mental states based on how close Heavenor how far Hell we are from unity with Creator. In Gurbani, term Sehaj avastha is used for the state of mind which is Heavenly. Hell is when our mind gives in to 5 vices and haumei ego. Guru Sahib advises us to accept happiness and sorrows alike. Seek company of sadh sangat and remembrance of God, which is a true heaven.

I have faith in Jesus Christ because of more than just miracles. He paid for my sins. He was the first to be resurrected to immortality so that I may also be resurrected to immortality. The Holy Ghost tells me that he is true.
