What if some groups say they're the only one to salvation and everyone else will be tortured forever by God. Shouldn't the truth be told about that group from a respectful way of speaking?

That's ok. You may not believe Guru Nakak to be a prophet. What's more important is the belief of God, which Guru Nakak taught Sikhs and other people he met.
