Love your vids, I’ve been wargaming since I was 6, thanks to my eldest brother, now I’m 52. But find your approach simple, clear and “real”. Well done mate...👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Keep it up...

Thanks very much, yeah it is, its tiling grout, baked soil, baked clay and a little dark coffee to add some darker stuff. I grind it all up 😀

Gonna look around for the previous video. Curious what kit(s) those riders are made of.

I do much the same process but I like to hide the figure bases by applying ready made polyfiller first which I do paint first before adding the base stuff

Thanks mate 😀👍 I love basing, it is sometimes overlooked but to me is just as vital as the paint job on the mini

Love that Idea of saving odd old discarded flock knocked off bases the first time round into one bin to get a "mix". I recover stuff I've knocked off but add it back to the original. So, to do the mix I have to do it myself. I've been basing minis for 25 years didn't really think I'd learn anything. Just goes to show you you can always learn something new by watching and talking to other hobbiests. THANKS

Excellent, glad you found it useful. I can't remember why I did it the first time, I think it may have been an accident, but now it's become a mainstay of my basing process 👍😁
