This is great. Did this with my 5th grade team with emphasis on Jump stops in the paint and catching shot ready communicating one more. Great drill coach!

Great drill Coach! I'll use it and add exaggerated logo jump stops and patient pivots. Everyone needs to look at the rim. As you say, kids will just go through the motions but since there is no layup here, they should hopefully get all the fundamentals, footwork, timing involved. Nice warm up. This is were kids show you they want to get better.
