2:00-2:06. Green quickly doubled in the post, deflected the ball after Love panicked, and caused a turnover. Thompson caught the deflection and very quickly outleted the ball to Curry. Curry got in position in to take a 3-pointer on an one-on-two, instead lobbed the ball to Durant for an easy two. Durant, ran/filled the lanes correctly and finished the play with a dunk. Point of this post: this warriors team did all the little things TOGETHER and were the most dominant team that I’ve gotten to watch live (was born in 98).

@omieg893 жыл бұрын
Alex Knapp I mean I see what you’re saying but Lebron was insanely hot during this game with his shooting. Shooting with Steph on him is an open shot. Ultimately Hill got fouled so he wasn’t wide open because if he was then he would have caught the ball with a layup. Hill screwed them over by missing a FT. But I just felt in the moment that Lebron would have hit the dagger in that position. Most players of Lebron’s caliber having this kind of game would have taken advantage of the mismatch. Even Magic Johnson who was a pass first player when he got Mchale switched on to him at the end of game 4 of the 87 finals knew that he had to take advantage of the mismatch and he hit the greatest shot of his career, the Jr Skyhook.

NOT SAYING UR WRONG HOWEVER , let’s just look at last 5 min of this game WHEN THE REFS DID EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER FOR THE WARRIORS TO WIN THIS GAME ! Start with Lebron fouling Durant the refs called offensive foul and IT SHOULD HAVE STAYED THAT WAY , refs COULD NOT go to the monitors and see if the call was made as it should , however they could go to the monitors to check if Lebrons feel were out of the restricted zone but Lebron was wag out there so the refs broke the rules and went to the monitors once they did that , than they could also overturn the call .That was huge GIFT for the Warriors ! Than we had Lebrons clean swipe of Durant however they called a foul on lebron that was Gift #2 for the warriors . Then we look at that last Lebrons basket in regular time with 10 Sec to go , Lebron drives the ball inside and announcers say Lebron double clutches and lays the ball on BUT IF YOU LOOK AT THAT PLAY , Greeb actually fouls Lebron hits him on the shooting elbow no foul was called that was GIFT #3 ! Now look at the first play in over time , Hill strips Durant clean and the refs call the foul gift #4 , Durant hits the free throws and Cavs go the other way and Hill goes inside for a the lay up and gets hit by Durant no call was made that was Gift #5 ! Now this all happened last 5 min !

Okay let's analyze a short breakdown on Why LeBron doesn't take the last shot here .. It's 10 seconds left. When you read the Defense they are boxing LeBron and playing him more Like a zone or box and 1 , that's why u see george hill cross behind draymon which cause klay to make a decision.. Do I give up an Easy bucket or foul? If u have any Basketball IQ , instinct would tell u to foul on the floor , which klay did . But Cavs are in the bonus . Which sends G. Hill to the line. Now some may say it's Basketball IQ to foul Hill there and force him to the line instead of Give LeBron a chance to shoot . Which wouldn't be smart considering the fact that if you KNOW as a defender that the opposing team is in the bonus you know to NEVER foul in that situation especially being that you are up 1. If anything you send a double to LeBron on or off the dribble or play straight up , meaning man to man . Having said that LeBrons decision too pass First in that situation was actually the best first look with 10 seconds left to analyze the Defense and 5 seconds to make a decision. Pass , shoot , or dribble. (Aka Triple threat) So Basically, this actually was the best first option because if Hill makes those 2 free throws or makes that Layup without klay fouling . It puts the Warriors in a very tough spot to force a shot because they only had one time out as well and also cuz of the momentum shift .The Difference between Bron and most Players Is he trusts his teammates , which could sometimes back fire like this one . But Hey then again , sometimes there's luck that comes with skill the game of basketball.

Crazy how despite putting up 51, LeBron still lost. Winning that could have shifted the momentum and he may have 5 tittles, keeping him in the GOAT conversation

8:40 Lebron is the tallest person on the floor but is upset because JR Smith didn't defend him so that he can get jayed instead of him. And why are folks so wicked.. JR played his heart out and needed to.. but in the end, no one protected himself from himself.. not even Lebron who should know how he gets during clutch moments. Too much responsibility and he chokes.. just give him the option to shoot and he is fine.. JR wasnt even suppose to get that rebound.. their was holding on both sides that the ball ended up in JR hands.. and the game was tied. No harm, no foul.. lmao, blame Hill for missing the easiest shot to take the lead and force the pressure back on GSW to win that game..

Been to the finals 4 times with practically the same core. Yet doesn’t know the score.. A SHOOTING GUARD at that. Naw bruh, an G.hill been trash. 🗣 The cavs were trash anyway. Bron an whatever kevin love was at the time showed up

David Bucher his stats this year show how he can’t carry a team by himself. He’s a good player and best shooter but not even close to best overall and not even close to Lebrons level. Look at the stats👀

@@hughnanninga9309 a what they clearly beat him 2015 2018 and regular season games....and lebron is no where near currys three point shooting so go back and watch the game buddy 2018 flush bud!.....are you a cavs fan? and he as the same amount of championship wins as lebron

I wonder how this series would of played out if the Cavs won game 1.
