I don't suggest playing sg, unless you have a team. If you're new and based on what you're asking, play pg. U can fit into any play style and u can be useful everywhere and do everything. As u play and gain teammates then u can switch to sg. But sgs aren't iso type characters in this game

Well I don't suggest playing as a 50 rating character. As soon as you can use you coins to buy a 150 rating pf and start from there. And if you want to play the pf position I suggest having high contact dunk and block. Those would be your best friends right now

Wow sorry for the late reply but the answer is sometimes. Sometimes the players passive might be more important to get first than the evolve. For instance, it's better to get victor(sg) passive first than it is to upgrade his evolve cuz u want that wide open boost. Whereas on Raven u might want to get +15% reb cont than his passive that just makes his box out better. Sorry for not seeing this 👋🏿

I would say to switch out the Pf for a C because pf aren't rebounders in this game. I mean you can try with Claw but without that +Reb cont that Cs have for passive. PFs don't really have a chance on boards. But if you are going to play Pf between Max or Hayes I would choose Hayes.

@@alainnasr4840 there's only 2 PFs I recommend and it will really just lead down to one. Which is Emily. But you have a choice if u want to be heavily on the offensive side Sakuragi but if u want to be what a pf is "suppose" to be then it's Emily and u can still score with her just that you would be able to act reckless as u can with Sakuragi. @@alainnasr4840 no those are "Allstar" characters they only come through paid events and there Al limited once the event for them passes that's kinda it. Unless basketrio decides to run an event for them again

@@YxngDeZz they boost the overall of the character your using. So for instance, you play Raven, if you go to Raven's fate you would see raven and 2 other characters. When you upgrade those characters simultaneously they will also boost Raven's overall.

Yes it does but here's a little secret. Certain shoes or outfits makes your character taller. So if your a nova you can put on clothes that makes your character taller whereas raven is so tall that anything he wears lowers his height

times have changed but the rule of thumb is still the same. You want to find which 500 rating character you like and then upgrade that characters faith characters. Its the most resourceful way to play this game. You don't want to have more than 2 500 rating characters tbh or your resources will be spread extremely thin. Even when you reset on a 500 rating character your only getting back 80% of it. Try to stick to one character until u have enough resources to jump to the next. Ill give you an example of what i did. I knew that Selena (C) would be dropping cuz i played the Taiwan version so while i was in NA i was working and Upgrading Jonson, Raven, Hayes, Colonel, etc. That way when Selena dropped as i was upgrading her Evolve i was also getting more rating because my faith characters where S rank. Now if i was upgrading Selena and Shaq and James and Mitsuki, i would be wasting my resources because not one of those characters help each other's fate. If you want my opinion on best 500 starters for each position i would recommend Raven(C) Sakurai (PF) Frank (PG) Maple(SG) Tsukino(sf)

You can still get 400 rating characters and still get crazy rebounds on 500 rating characters...just need the right one with the right skill😉 not gona give out the character who are best for rebounds

Alot of people seem to have this belief that there is a "best" character for each position tbh the best characters are all 500 rating which every 1 you chose is just for playstyle. There might be a favorable character but no 500 rating is better than the other 500 ratings

400 rating characters can definitely put up a big fight. But I think everyone's end goals (however fast they get there) should be s rank 500 rating character, with max fate

@@NastyPalms I agree in addition..500 ranting players are best because of the rebound and dunk % but skills play a major part of the game...you need the right skill with the right character and yes the character's hight matter. One of the best PF character is coming up in 2 months...be ready and save up😉 you will regret it later on if you don't start now....

@@iiMusic1 well what I recommend is that you save up your contact shards for a 400 rating character that you would need for your 500 rating character down the line. Don't stress to get a 500 right now if you looking to be f2p or spend a limited amount of money. Alot of people have 500 rating characters right now but are stuck at upgrading them.
