Basmu is one of my go-tos. I especially love using it with my Nourish Oberon. I have a crit chance riven for it, and I end up using a build with no elemental mods on it and Hunter Munitions. It inflicts three different status effects on its own with a fourth from Nourish. My Nourish Oberon is very much a tanky melee build, but Basmu, with Primary Dexterity, just destroys tougher enemies, and giving me a nice burst of healing. Just an excellent weapon to have

As much as I love your demonstration of the alt-fire. I am going to question you on one thing. You claim the alt-fire to be multiplicative with the Condition Overload mechanic. I cannot find anything indicating this to be true. However, the primary is very notably multiplicative. Additionally your utilizing Chroma for both the Vex Armor buff and Toxic Elemental Ward is genius. Since you asked for us to share builds I am inclined to share my own. It's a pure status build for the primary fire and is used for short bursts. G. Chamber, G. Aptitude, Radiated Reload, Rime Rounds, Malignant Force, Vital Sense, Hunter Munitions, Primed Shred I use this alongside Arcane Avenger, and most typically run it on Banshee. It gives Rad, Viral, Heat, Electric and Slash or a 400% multiplicative buff. I'll have to try it out on Chroma that sounds absolutely nutty.

I go a bit back and forth I think about if it's multiplicative or not, the reason I wasn't sure is a friend had told me it was. The gun CO spreadsheet doesn't say if it is or not, so I suppose it probably isn't. I think I mentioned that I wasn't sure though, I'll have to watch it back. That build looks pretty shnazzy, and using it with Banshee is very cultured.

you can get the Basmu blueprint by playing events, the Gargoyle's Cry event had it and the Belly of The Beast is also bringing it's blueprint back, also the Ceti Lacera and the Ballroom Simulacrum come with event shops, expect these to come with Jade Shadows

i have a riven with mag size, crit chance, crit damage for basmu, but im not even in steel path yet so i can't take full advantage of the basmu :/

I pair it with harrow avenger for the 95% fix crit to get it to almost 100

On gyre, or citrine is where you get massive crits from the basmu. Alternatively Harrow makes that gun melt droves.

Iz gud Tried this with my piercing roar-crit-reap sevagoth(both augments cause puncture + FLAT crit = YES) and I gotta say…it’s an upgraded amprex
