Yep long rod and spoons mate off any point you are allowed to fish off

Does this sounder technique work in the brackish creeks in winter time and if it does do the bass school in the middle or sides of creek

Yes it does, typically in winter they will find hard bottom, like rock bars or gravel beds to school up on.

yes mate try the middle, however focus more around the bends in the rivers as that is where the deeper water will be

I have never caught a bass here I am using live fresh water prawns and a float is this good and if not pls help me I really want to catch a bass :) Thanks.

yes freshwater shrimp work well mate but maybe try on the bottom not with a float
