Welcome to my home lake. Certainly got some bigs. Fishing is not as good since all the tournaments that have been happening the last 5 years. So much bait. Gills and perch everywhere so it grows em.

@@HellaBass yeah fishing is still good. Fish are just a lot more scattered. Speaking of gills. Had an ice fishing trip last year and caught 6 gills over 9.5 inches about 2hrs. 🎣

Big stone has changed soooo much in the last 10 years,, it use to be a walleye lake, not any more. I know you bass guys like it, but I miss the old lake. Hell, ya can't even find many white bass anymore, the Hmong have about fished all those out of it.

Last month May 11 2024, the white bass were still stacked! I was after the largies. But I hear you about the walleye fishing. The white folks ruined it and I’m pretty sure the big crappies n blue gills are next to go with the perch. Let’s keep this bass fishery going

I wonder if bass will ever take hold in Laq Qui Parle and Marsh Lake. I lived in Canby MN for a couple of years in the mid 90's and thought Laq Qui Parle looked like it could be largemouth heaven if they ever got established there.
