Yeah absolutely they’re rare now. I’ll never understand why Yamaha stopped making them in the mid 90s. They did come out with a TRB-5P ii but I never thought it was quite as good as the early 90s ones. Thanks for watching 🙏👍

The tone itself comes from the bass and its electronics. Pickups set very slightly towards the neck (P) pickup with some piezo blended from the bridge. EQ completely flat. A little bit of compression added and a tiny bit of reverb just for this video.
