Bass Love Mice!

In this video, I go bass fishing at a lake using a hollow mouse lure. The bass were hungry and seemed to love the mouse.

He lives in Houston we are basically sea level. To maintain water level in a pond like his requires a well with at least a 4 inch feed to the pond and that cost over $20,000.

Love it!!! Man they are legit crushing that lure. The large mouth in my area have been picky this year. They will not touch a single lure, top water, spinner, rattle battle, or chatter donk. They are only crushing nightcrawlers and they do need to be mega crawlers. Or live blue gill, or live pumpkins. Even with live they have figured out, how to rip the bait off and get free dinner so to speak. My PB for large is 7.54lbs. I do remember how long. I landed a 31inch bowfin this morning. Definitely not the fish I was after and talk about a fight. I didn't have my scale but I can say that was easy as much as dog which is just over 15lbs. I also landed a 13lb freshwater drum. All on nightcrawlers all on size 1 hooks. All hooked corner mouth perfectly.
