I live ten minutes from Bussy. Love the way you said Bussy Brake.

Jordan a lot of the fans like seeing the pros have tournaments with limited time to practice. You guys will have all winter to study the LA lakes and fish them then use your 2 days practice how you like. First, I've heard countless times anglers say they wind up throwing what they learned in practice out the window to fish the conditions. Second, you guys are the best in the world using the best electronics in the world so the fans love watching you rise to the challenge. Finally, three lakes is a nice change of pace to keep things fresh for the anglers but mostly the fans. Between the BPT and Cups you guys are killing the tournament circuit options. MLF is the best competitive angling to watch.

Like the schedule. I think watts barr will surprise a lot people how good it is.

I really like when MLF throws the anglers on multiple lakes in a single event. That keeps things honest. It may be hard on you guys but that is what makes it fun. Seeing the same lakes over and over gets boring.

I agree! New lakes are interesting and what makes the sport fun

I grew up fishing Bussey Brake and D’Arbonne as I lived outside of Bastrop. I now live a few miles from Catoma, your water. Wish you well dude.

For what it's worth I'm a local to West Monroe. Caney lake and Bussey have teeners swimming in them in February. Darbonne has a large population of 5 pounders. Three very different feeling lakes.

Saw your truck today in Tyler, TX, scouting Palestine I presume? How was the Tex Mex? And work the river on the east side of the lake starting from the Holiday Inn going north. It gets stumpy and shallow.

Glad y’all are going to Caney Lake, it gave up several fish in the 14-15# range in the 90s……Louisiana record fish was caught there……BTW, there’s no Cajuns in North Louisiana 😎

I must say when it comes to who has the better schedule BASS or MLF, MLF wins hands down and I typically favor the elite series. MLF has really done a good job showing off different lakes. The BASS schedule is deja vu all over again.
@jordanlee11803 жыл бұрын
It comes down to $$$ for the organizations BUT I feel like and I speak for the BPT anglers have voiced our opinion on how important it is to go to new lakes! Even if it isn’t the most profitable. Looks like they listened
@derrickwestfall20023 жыл бұрын
@@jordanlee1180 I get it and I understand there are a lot a variables to selecting what lakes to go to but the BPT has shown it can be done. I love BASS but let’s be honest it’s a revolving door of about 15 or so lakes that they go to. The sport will never grow going to the same places. New lakes generates new fans. To be fair, MLF has had quite a few blunders but their scheduling is spot on. Seems like the fans and the anglers both enjoy these new lakes which is a win win for everyone

@@jordanlee1180 The format for the Heavy Hitters Tournament doesn't make sense to me, it should be a Big Bass Tournament, the 2lber derby should not be in play here. Biggest Bass each day, maybe use number of Bass scoreable caught as a tie breaker or something

I hope they schedule you guys on the three rivers here in Pittsburgh someday. I know the Classic there was pretty rough but that was the wrong time of year for it.

Schedule looks pretty good. Glad there are some new places on there that the BPT hasn't been to. Still waiting to see you guys head out west. Curious how the BPT format results will be over there.

Love the honesty Jordan, I hate when people act like there is no other fishing tournaments out there, Going up against the classic is a bad idea for the fishing industry, yes mlf wants to be on top, but the classic should bring all anglers from all over to the expo for the fans, I love both, bass, and mlf and everything in between, I watch it all, Jordan your one of my favorite anglers out there, Goodluck in 2022 , and the rest of 21
